Most people, including many doctors, seem to agree however, that BMI is not particularly accurate since it does not include any factor for muscularity or frame size. For instance, let&rsquo;s look at my stats. I am a fairly muscular guy weighing in at 214 with a 50 plus inch chest and 34 inch waist. However my BMI is 31.6 which classifies me as obese. I have to get down to 204 just to be considered overweight.</p>

<hr /><b>Does anyone agree when theres no more room in hell tescos will rule the world?</b>
<p>Well&#8230;I&#039;ve just been down to ours &#8211; used to be a 7-11, now a Tesco&#039;s since about a year ago &#8211; for some firelighters.  In common with a lot of people in our area, we have open fires.</p>
<p>Had they any?  Had the heck as like!!!  &#8220;We only get them in in summer&#8221;, I was told.  Presumably for the barbecues&#8230;since in summer nobody needs open fires indoors.  Utter madness!  Why on earth not have them in all year round?  It&#039;s not as if they have a short shelf life&#8230; </p>
<p>A fifteen minute there and back walk, a total waste of time on a bitterly cold, miserable day when I could have been doing so many more interesting things instead.  </p>
<p>But now you&#039;ve given me the chance to vent my spleen by answering your question, so many thanks to you and I hope you have a really nice day!</p>
<p>My brain&#039;s not working too well today so I&#039;m not quite sure if you are saying you&#039;re for or against Tesco&#039;s &#8211; but if it&#039;s the latter I&#039;m with you all the way.  We use Sainsbury&#039;s &#8211; dearer but more reliable, you can make good savings if you shop carefully and they have a good loyalty scheme.  We occasionally also use Marks and Spencer for total luxuries (and sometimes for decent fish if we can&#039;t get it elsewhere &#8211; not many fishmongers round here).  </p>
<p>If we were ever really, really, really rich (as opposed to being stony broke most of the time) we&#039;d probably use M&#038;S exclusively, because of the quality.  When not shopping at Harrods, of course &#8211; we wish&#8230;  Oh, dream on&#8230;!!!</p>
